Travera Operational Alerts is an internal, permission-based messaging program for hotel employees and managers. Messages include shift pass-along notes, guest complaint alerts, and a daily flash report. These are operational messages only — no marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Message frequency varies.

Msg & data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further alerts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@greyridgehq.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of employment. Employees may decline SMS alerts and still use every part of the Travera platform.
