Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Travera Service and is part of the Terms of Service.

• Share your login, let others use your account, or use another person's account without authorization.
• Access, or try to access, data, properties, or organizations you are not authorized to view.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content, or content you lack the right to share.
• Enter sensitive personal data beyond what the Service is intended for (e.g., do not store payment card numbers, full government ID images, or health records except where a feature is designed for it).
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) or to contact guests or staff for purposes unrelated to legitimate operations.
• Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, probe or scan the infrastructure, or bypass security or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service or use it to build a competing product.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Violate the privacy or rights of guests, coworkers, or third parties, or applicable law (including employment, privacy, and messaging laws).

Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access at support@greyridgehq.com. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. Serious violations may be reported to your Organization.

We may update this AUP; material changes update the effective date and may require re-acceptance.
