Travera is hotel operations software operated by Grey Ridge Holdings LLC ("Grey Ridge Holdings", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Travera platform and the Travera website, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

We collect the information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name and email address — used to create and secure your account.
• Mobile number — the mobile phone number you provide if you opt in to SMS operational alerts.
• Hotel and property information — the property or properties you are associated with, your role and department, and the operational records you and your team create in Travera, such as room status, shift handoffs, maintenance requests, and reports.
• Usage and device information — basic technical information such as log data, browser, and device type, collected automatically when you use the platform.

• To provide and operate the Travera platform, including room status, handoffs, maintenance, scheduling, and reporting.
• To send internal operational alerts to employees and authorized users who have opted in, including shift pass-along notes, guest complaint alerts, and the daily flash report.
• To authenticate users, keep accounts secure, provide support, and improve the platform.
• To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery providers — when required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. Service providers are bound by contract to use the information only to deliver their services to us.

We retain personal information for as long as an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email support@greyridgehq.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email.
